इलाहाबाद। प्रदेश के राजकीय इंटर कॉलेजों (जीआईसी) एवं राजकीय बालिका इंटर कॉलेजों (जीजीआईसी) में खाली पड़े 6645 सहायक अध्यापक (एलटी) की भर्ती जांच के फेर में फंस गई है। मई माह में ही शिक्षक भर्ती की काउंसलिंग पूरी होने के बाद अभ्यर्थियों के मूल प्रमाण पत्रों की जांच कराए जाने के बाद अब फर्जीवाड़ा सामने आया है। जांच में पता चला कि काउंसलिंग के समय बड़ी संख्या में अभ्यर्थी जाली अंकपत्र लगाकर मेरिट में आ गए हैं। प्रदेश के अधिकांश मंडलों में इस प्रकार की शिकायत सामने आने के बाद प्रदेश के सभी मंडलों में शिक्षक भर्ती की जांच शुरू हो गई है।

जीआईसी-जीजीआईसी केलिए सहायक अध्यापक (एलटी) की भर्ती के लिए मई-जून में काउंसलिंग कराए जाने के बाद यह तय माना जा रहा था कि गर्मी की छुट्टी खत्म होते ही जुलाई में प्रदेश भर में शिक्षकों की कमी दूर कर ली जाएगी। एक साथ प्रदेश भर में 6645 पदों पर नियुक्ति होने से शिक्षण का स्तर ठीक करने की उम्मीद जगी थी। अब फर्जीवाड़े के बाद प्रदेश के सभी संयुक्त शिक्षा निदेशकों ने शासन के निर्देश पर पूरी भर्ती प्रक्रिया की जांच शुरू कर दी है। राजकीय इंटर कॉलेजों में सहायक अध्यापक (एलटी) के खाली पदों के लिए प्रदेश के सभी मंडलों में मिलाकर 27 लाख आवेदन पहुंचे थे।

प्रदेश के माध्यमिक विभाग राजकीय इंटर कॉलेजों में बालिका वर्ग में 3964 और बालक वर्ग के 2681 खाली पदों पर अक्तूबर 2014 में आवेदन मांगा गया था। एलटी ग्रेड शिक्षकों के शिक्षा निदेशालय उत्तर प्रदेश के निर्देशन में अप्रैल-मई में हुई काउंसलिंग और प्रमाण पत्रों की जांच में कई संदिग्ध मामले सामने आए थे। अब नियुक्ति से पूर्व प्रमाण पत्रों की जांच में मेरिट में गड़बड़ी और आरक्षण का गलत आवंटन का मामला सामने आ रहा है।
सहायक अध्यापक (एलटी) की भर्ती के लिए सबसे अधिक आवेदन 2.67 लाख लखनऊ मंडल में तथा सबसे कम 75 हजार गोरखपुर मंडल में पहुंचे थे। इलाहाबाद मंडल में 1.72 लाख, मेरठ मंडल में 1.50 लाख, कानपुर मंडल में 1.53 वाराणसी मंडल में 2.09 लाख, बरेली मंडल में 1.46 लाख, फैजाबाद में 1.58 लाख, मिर्जापुर मंडल में 2.42 लाख, बस्ती मंडल में 1.27 लाख, अलीगढ़ मंडल में एक लाख, देवीपाटन मंडल में 1.39 लाख, मुरादाबाद मंडल में 1.36 लाख, सहारनपुर मंडल में 1.08 लाख, झांसी मंडल में 95 हजार एवं चित्रकूट मंडल में 87 हजार आवेदन किया था।

इलाहाबाद मंडल के संयुक्त शिक्षा निदेशक महेंद्र कुमार सिंह ने बताया कि काउंसलिंग के बाद पता चला कि बड़ी संख्या में अभ्यर्थियों ने गलत अंकपत्र और आरक्षण का गलत लाभ लेकर सूची में जगह बना ली थी, इस कारण से अब पूरी दोबारा मेरिट तैयार करके एलटी ग्रेड शिक्षकों की भर्ती पूरी की जाएगी।
प्रदेश के सभी मंडलों में अंकपत्रों में हेराफेरी करके अभ्यर्थियों ने पाया था चयन
